Every submission is encrypted in transit and at rest. You review each couple questionnaire for identifying information and approve it before anything reaches Solyrais. Raw questionnaire responses are held only briefly and then purged; your de-identified reports stay in your secure account. Solyrais applies HIPAA-aligned data handling, and as an Australian operator, Solyrais Pty Ltd (ACN 699 393 612), complies with the Australian Privacy Act 1988. We are putting the required contractual safeguards in place, including Business Associate Agreements with the clinicians who use Solyrais and with the vendors that process data on our behalf.
